Enjoy a gourmet buffet of Australian delicacies accompanied by fine Australian wines, then sit back and relax as an astronomer takes you on a tour of the southern night skies (conditions permitting).
Day 3: Uluru (Ayers Rock)
Witness the early morning light as you travel to Kata Tjuta. On the way your Driver/Guide will explain the geological history of the giant domes. At Kata Tjuta your Driver/ Guide will escort you on a 2-3 hour walk between the valleys of conglomerate rock. The walking path is rocky, and requires a good level of fitness. Admire the native flora and fauna in the cool morning air. At the Valley of the Winds lookout there is time to photograph and enjoy the view over the central valley of Kata Tjuta. This afternoon you will return to Ayers Rock Resort. |
