Kakadu Lodge is situated on the fringe of the Jabiru Township, just three hour’s drive from Darwin, central to many of the attractions of Kakadu World Heritage Park. During the Dry Season, Kakadu’s attractions can be easily reached. But do not let the access problems during the Wet Season deter a trip to Kakadu. It is during the Tropical Summer that Kakadu’s waterfalls are at their most spectacular, and the lowlands are flooded with water. With the option of planes, helicopters, boats, and 4X4 it is possible to appreciate Kakadu’s charm all year round.

Kakadu Lodge contains 13 air-conditioned, Self-contained Cabins with kitchenette and ensuite bathrooms and 32 air-conditioned Lodge Rooms with communal bathroom and kitchen facilities located in a natural bush setting. Get back to nature and utilise one of 186 powered caravan sites or 100 non-powered caravan and camping sites ideal for a family getaway.
Lodge rooms are budget accommodations with very basic furnishings and bunk beds (upper and lower). Bathroom and toilet facilities are communal (shared).

Located in Jabiru and within walking distance of the local shops, banks, and post office. You’ll also find sporting facilities and a local golf club. Tours of Kakadu National Park depart regularly from the front door.
