At the top of a secluded sand dune, you’ll experience the beauty of the desert slowly awakening, then indulging in a mouth-watering breakfast featuring bacon, eggs, damper, fresh fruit, yogurt and juice. Departs daily one hour before sunrise.
» Scenic Flights
One of the best ways to explore the Red Centre and experience Uluru and the stunning Kata Tjuta formations is from the air.
» Camel Tours
Another great way to explore the great Central Australian desert is from the back of a camel. Camels, ideally suited to the hot, dry climate of Australia’s interior, were imported in the 19th century and remained the principal means of outback transport until railways and roads were established.

» Sounds of Silence
An award-winning dining experience under the stars, “Sounds of Silence” is a truly unique event, offering the best of the Red Centre distilled into four unforgettable hours. The event includes transfers, entertainment, canapés, beer, wines and non-alcoholic beverages, barbecue buffet (vegetarian arrangements made with prior notice), scrumptious dessert, tea, coffee, port, star talk and stargazing. Departs daily, one hour before sunset, and bookings are essential.

An incomparable evening. Dining under the outback sky.
Experience dining for a maximum of 20 guests which will begin approximately 1 hour prior to sunset with a transfer to a private dune. Champagne and canapés will be served as the sun sets over Uluru. Guests will then move to the top of the dune for an intimate 4 course Table d’hote dinner matched with Premium Australian wines. After dinner a local storyteller will delight with celestial creation stories around the fire pit while a didgeridoo plays softly in the background.

Kuniya Restaurant
This is Voyages Ayers Rock Resort’s premier dining experience in a beautiful setting. Situated at the five-star Voyages Sails in the Desert Hotel, Kuniya incorporates a blend of traditional and contemtporary ingredients, letting guests experience indigenous flavours within a sophisticated menu. The restaurant’s wine list reflects its Australian heritage and the service is both discerning and personalised. Kuniya is open each evening from 7pm. Subject to seasonal demand. Bookings can be made at each of the Resorts’ reception.
White Gums Restaurant
Voyages Desert Gardens Hotel is home to the popular White Gums Restaurant which offers a sumptuous buffet for breakfast. Dinner is a la carte. Placed in an open and relaxed setting, the restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner.
Pioneer bbq & Bar
A popular dining option at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort located at Voyages Outback Pioneer Hotel & Lodge. A do-it-yourself BBQ (meat must be purchased at the BBQ Bar) with traditional Aussie charm. Meet up with your fellow travellers and enjoy live entertainment nightly. Open daily for dinner.
Winkiku Restaurant
Situated at Voyages Sails in the Desert Hotel, Winkiku serves a tantalising breakfast and seafood buffet dinner in a brasserie-style setting. Open daily for breakfast and dinner.
Tali Bar
A relaxed, friendly atmosphere at Voyages Sails in the Desert Hotel for pre-dinner drinks or late night cocktails. Enjoy nightly entertainment from our resident pianist. Open from mid morning until late.
Bunya Bar
Situated at Voyages Desert Garden Hotel,Bunya Bar offers informal surroundings to absorb and savour your desert discoveries. Open daily.
Bough House Restaurant
Located at Voyages Outback Pioneer Hotel & Lodge, the Bough House Restaurant offers a buffet with traditional Australian ‘tucker’, including special breads, pastries and desserts. Open daily for breakfast and dinner.
Outback Pioneer Kiosk
A low-priced alternative to restaurant dining with an all-day menu. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
Gecko’s Café
Watch the world go by while enjoying Mediterranean-influenced dishes or pizza. Situated within the Resort Shopping Centre and open from mid morning ’till late.
Arnguli Grill
Located at the Voyages Desert Gardens Hotel, Arnguli Grill features an a la carte flame-grilled menu including steak and seafood, in relaxed surrounds. Operation subject to seasonality.
Rockpool
Enjoy al fresco dining at Rockpool, by the pool at Voyages Sails in the Desert Hotel. A tapas-style platter menu featuring Mediterranean and Asian influences. Operation subject to seasonality.
Takeway
Conveniently located in the Town Centre, the takeaway provides quick and easy meals to have on the go with a breakfast and all day dining menu.
